This residential complete master plan has two phases, back and front yards. In 2023 Phase 1 backyard was installed. Phase 1 included stamped concrete patio with connecting side walkway, perimeter plantings, expanding existing garden beds, with curated screening and native plant groupings for mulit-seasonal interest.

One of the main challenges of this site was the large deer herds that would habitually move through this backyard. We have to make sure everything was deer resistant and while still prioritizing natives/nativars.

You’ll note the visible soaker hose in some of the pictures. This client really stayed on top of watering their new landscape that crucial first season to get it established.
